Joy Journal
The Joy Journal is a tool to help you see your values and create a vision for yourself. It is good to use to amplify your joy but it is also good when you are feeling lost or you feel like something is missing or you don’t know what you want. This process was created by my amazing coach, teacher and mentor, Alyssa Nobriga.
Before we start looking outside ourselves for answers, we want to look inside for direction that fills our spirit and is aligned with our values. The joy journal helps us do this.
We have all heard of a Gratitude Journals which is different from a joy journal. The gratitude journal helps cultivate a mindset of being grateful. The Joy Journal helps you become more aware of what already lights you up & brings you joy then you can align your life and decisions with this joy.
Alyssa recommends that you put the Journal Journal by your bed and every night for a week you will list the Top 3 Things that brought you the most joy that day and how that made you feel.
